Billing Policy

This Billing Policy explains how subscriptions and payments work for InspectPro Solo, operated by Selah AI Consulting Ltd. It forms part of our Terms of Use and EULA.

1. How billing works. All billing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see, process, or store any payment or card information. When you subscribe, you authorise the store to charge your store account.

2. The plan. InspectPro Solo is an auto-renewing subscription of US$39 per month. The price shown in your store at the time of purchase applies; stores display the price in your local currency and include any applicable taxes.

3. Free trial. A store-managed introductory free trial may be offered to new subscribers. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid term and your store account is charged. You can see the trial end date in your store's subscription settings.

4. Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly term unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the term ends, in accordance with the store's rules.

5. Managing and cancelling. You manage or cancel your subscription in your device's native subscription settings (App Store, your account, Subscriptions; or Google Play, Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; you keep access until then. We cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf.

6. Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, because they process the payment. We cannot issue store refunds ourselves. If you are a consumer, nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993; if you believe you are entitled to a remedy, contact us at support@aiconsult.co.nz and we will help where we can, and you may also request a refund directly from the store.

7. Price changes. If the subscription price changes, the store will notify you and, where its rules require, ask for your consent before the new price takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel through the store.

8. Effect of cancellation on your data. Cancelling or letting your subscription lapse does not delete your locally stored inspection data; it remains on your device. We recommend exporting a backup (Settings, Data Management) before cancelling if you want to keep your reports accessible.
