How do I create an inspection?

Tap the + button on the home screen, fill in the property and client details, then start adding areas and items to inspect.

Where are my inspections stored?

Your data is stored locally on your device and synced to your organisation’s own backend, which your organisation operates and controls. InspectPro operates no servers and has no access to your inspection data.

How do I generate a PDF report?

Open an inspection and tap the PDF Preview button. From there you can preview, share, or export the report.

Is InspectPro Premise really free?

Yes. All features are available at no cost with no in-app purchases.

Can I transfer my data to another device?

You can export your settings configuration via the app’s Settings screen and import it on another device. Inspection data is stored locally and is not automatically synced between devices.

How do I back up my data?

We recommend regularly exporting your inspection reports as PDFs and saving them to a cloud storage service of your choice.
